Monument Options

Sandblast

The personalization of clip art designs is carried out using the sandblast method. It’s achieved using a sandblast gun. This technique requires a high level of meticulousness and delicateness to control the depth of the jets, offering colour and dimensional effects on the granite for a unique result.

Laser Engraving (Impact)

Laser engraving involves reproducing an image or picture with a state-of-the-art machine. This engraving technique precisely recaptures every emotion and every smile, without missing a detail.

Etching

Etching, also known as lithography, is carried out using a burin. We’re fortunate enough to work with a wonderful artist who, with his immense talent, creates magnificent, customized works, making the monument unique. A photo, a landscape or even a customized layout can be created for you.

Porcelain Photo

The portrait of a loved one can be incorporated into a porcelain medallion, available in all shapes and sizes. This method involves firing the photo into the porcelain. Contact us for this option, you’re guaranteed an even better final result when you provide us with a high-resolution photo.

Vases

Personalize your monument with a decorative granite vase available in a wide variety of formats, colours and sizes. We also offer the option of adding in inscriptions. Contact us to discuss this option.

Our columbaria, designed with care and dedication, are a sanctuary of dignity and peace. This alternative respectfully houses a family's urn or urns, providing a final resting place for your loved ones. Many arrangements and additions can be made to personalize them.

Cemetery Lettering

We’re fully equipped to inscribe the monuments directly at the cemetery. The lettering having to blend with the existing inscriptions, perfection and meticulousness are to be expected. We reproduce the typography, respecting each letter, number and space to achieve a perfect result. This way, your satisfaction is guaranteed when you entrust us with the cemetery lettering.

Repair and Maintenance

At Monuments J Girard Inc., we’re equipped to maintain your monuments, whether it be directly at the cemetery or in our offices. 


Time and the elements can cause your monuments to degrade and fade. Our cleaning and maintenance services allow you to restore your monuments, ensuring they regain their spark for a cleaner look. 


Please note that for a new base, an upgrade or the removal of outdated cement, we have to work directly at the cemetery. We have the necessary equipment to produce quality work
